How we ship AI pilots in six weeks
A sprint-by-sprint breakdown of a Kuantum engagement: what we do in week 1, week 2, and so on.

Week 1 is discovery. We sit with your team for a day, watch the work, and pick one or two highest-ROI candidates.
Weeks 2-5 are build. We pick the simplest possible architecture, ship a pilot in your existing tools, and instrument it from day one.
Week 6 is handover. We train your team, document everything, and step back. We stay on retainer if you want us to.
